Thanks to the high strength of titanium, even very delicate contours and narrow web-widths as well as thin wall thicknesses can be realized. This means that distances to neighboring SMD components or housing walls can be reliably reduced to an absolute minimum (in the tenths range). Component-specific designs of the titanium masks, e.g. with baffle walls or pressure chambers, enable reliable and reproducible soldering deep inside the component housing.

In combination with a customer-specific design, from geometry to fixing and hold-down elements to catch geometries, masks are created that are perfectly matched to every component and every process. Thanks to many years of in-depth soldering process knowledge, solder masks are not only created for maximum process stability and reproducibility, but also with a long service life due to the specific thermal treatment of the masks.
